Welcome to INOWISE.IO (the “Service”), operated by INOWISE.IO. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and acknowledge that you have read and accepted them. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Definitions

  • User / Customer: Any person or entity using the Service.
  • Account: A registered user account.
  • Content: Any data, information, or material uploaded or created by the User within the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, using the Service, or clicking “I accept,” you agree to comply with these Terms. Users must actively click “I accept” before accessing the Service.

Scope of Services & License

  • INOWISE.IO grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for internal business purposes.
  • Users may not:
    • Reverse engineer or access the source code.
    • Reproduce, distribute, or resell the Service without consent.
    • Use the Service for illegal purposes.

User Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of Account credentials.
  • Ensure Content complies with applicable laws.
  • Not interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

Fees and Payment

  • Use of the Service may require subscription fees.
  • Payment is due in advance according to the selected plan.
  • INOWISE.IO may update fees with 30 days’ notice.

Intellectual Property

  • All software, documentation, trademarks, and logos remain the property of INOWISE.IO.
  • Users retain ownership of their Content, but grant INOWISE.IO a license to use it for providing the Service.

Data Protection / GDPR Compliance

  • INOWISE.IO complies with EU GDPR regulations.
  • A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.
  • Users are responsible for obtaining necessary consent for personal data they upload.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. INOWISE.IO does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

  • INOWISE.IO’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the last 12 months.
  • INOWISE.IO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify INOWISE.IO for claims arising from:

  • Violation of Terms.
  • Illegal or harmful use of the Service.
  • Uploading content that infringes third-party rights.

Termination

  • INOWISE.IO may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of Terms.
  • Users may terminate their account at any time, subject to outstanding fees.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

Changes to Terms

  • INOWISE.IO may modify these Terms at any time.
  • Users will be notified via email or dashboard.
