Visit us on 19–20 October at Stand T24 and see how INOWISE.IO makes buildings safer, smarter and easier to run.
Smarter Buildings, Safer People
Buildings produce a lot of data. Most of it is never used. Our platform brings sensor data from heating, air quality, energy, occupancy and safety systems into one clear view.
Smart Office
See how you can track air quality, room use and energy in real time. Offices become more comfortable, and running costs go down.
Fire Prevention
Fires often start with small warning signs. Our platform helps you spot them early, for example rising temperatures or faulty devices. Your team gets an alert before a small problem becomes a big one.
From Connected Devices to Smarter Decisions
We work across industrial operations, infrastructure, and smart city ecosystems — delivering flexible IoT solutions that adapt to real-world challenges rather than forcing one-size-fits-all technology.

How IoT sensors simplify inspections, maintenance and monitoring in your building
Fire protection needs more than an extinguisher on the wall. Escape routes, doors, detectors and systems must work at all times. With IoT sensors and the INOWISE.IO platform, everything is digital: the checks run on their own and the results are logged.
What Makes a Building Safe
Every building operator should keep these nine points in view:
Detecting fire load in escape routes: Stored boxes, furniture or waste in corridors raise the fire risk and block the way out. Regular digital walk-throughs and door contacts help report problems early.
Fire extinguisher maintenance: Fire extinguishers must be inspected every 2 years. A tracker on the extinguisher shows whether it is in place. The platform counts down the due date digitally.
Fire alarm control panel (FACP) maintenance: The control panel is the heart of the fire alarm system. It needs fixed, documented maintenance. Digital schedules make sure no date is missed.
Fire brigade plans: Fire brigade plans must be up to date and easy to reach. After renovations or changes of use, they must be updated. A central digital archive helps.
Fire door and fire stop maintenance: Fire doors are checked every 3 months and fully serviced once a year. Status sensors report misalignment or doors wedged open right away. Fire stops belong in the inspection plan too.
Smoke detectors: Smoke detectors must work reliably. Wireless detectors send alarm, battery level and connection status straight to the platform.
Sprinkler system: A sprinkler system often sits idle for years. Clamp-on sensors for pressure, status and flow show faults and report water flow at once.
Escape route lighting: Emergency lighting must switch on instantly. Regular function tests and a digital test log give you proof and peace of mind.
Smoke extraction system (RWA): The RWA is inspected once a year. Remote triggering and actuator position feedback automate the check and document it.
Retrofit Your Existing Extinguishers
You do not need to replace any devices. Many sensors attach to existing extinguishers and send data via LoRaWAN® or NB-IoT.
Optical-Electronic Pressure Gauge Attachments
Pressure loss: Reports at once when pressure drops below target (leak or discharge).
Presence detection: A Hall sensor or optical sensor checks whether the extinguisher is on its wall bracket.
Temperature: Monitors frost or heat at the installation site.
Smart Wall Brackets and Cuffs
Weight sensor / strain gauge: Detects weight loss from partial discharge or removal.
Safety seal with contact sensor: Reports in real time to building management when the yellow seal is broken.
Complete Systems for Extinguishers and Hydrants
Smart Fire Extinguisher Systems
Real-time pressure measurement in the valve head.
Motion sensor: Raises an alarm on vandalism, removal or tipping over.
Automatic maintenance notice: Sends service tickets to the inspection company when the 2-year check is due or values deviate.
Smart Wall Hydrants and Risers
Pressure and flow sensors: Monitor standby pressure and measure actual water flow during use.
Temperature and frost sensors: Warn of freezing risk in unheated halls or underground garages.
Cabinet door link: Reed contacts signal at once when the hydrant cabinet is opened. This protects against misuse and gives early warning in an emergency.
Which Radio Standard Fits?
The choice depends on the building and the site:
Technology
Range
Battery life
Ideal for
LoRaWAN
Up to 10 km, penetrates thick walls
5–10 years
Industrial halls, large areas, retrofitting large installations
NB-IoT (LTE-M)
Cellular network, no own gateway needed
3–7 years
Remote sites, branches, underground garages
EnOcean
Indoor rooms (energy harvesting)
Batteryless (solar/piezo)
Offices, schools, public buildings
Your Benefits with INOWISE.IO

Automatic deadlines: The platform alerts you to inspection dates before they expire.
Find faster: The location of every extinguisher is visible live.
The modern workplace has changed dramatically over the last few years. Hybrid work models, sustainability targets, rising energy costs, and employee wellbeing have become key priorities for organizations of all sizes.
To meet these challenges, businesses need more than traditional building management systems. They need intelligent workplaces that can collect, analyze, and act on real-time data.
INOWISE.IO enables organizations to transform ordinary office buildings into smart offices by connecting sensors, devices, and business processes into a single intelligent platform.
Smart Desk Detection
Hybrid working has created a new challenge for companies: understanding how office space is actually being used.
With smart desk detection, INOWISE.IO can identify whether desks are occupied, available, or underutilized. Facility managers gain a real-time overview of workspace usage, allowing them to:
Optimize office layouts
Reduce unnecessary office space
Improve desk booking systems
Support hybrid work strategies
Lower operational costs
Room Occupancy Monitoring
Meeting rooms are among the most inefficiently used office resources.
INOWISE.IO monitors room occupancy in real time and provides visibility into:
Room utilization rates
Peak usage periods
Empty reserved meeting rooms
Occupancy trends over time
Air Quality Monitoring
Employee productivity and wellbeing are directly affected by indoor air quality.
INOWISE.IO continuously monitors environmental factors such as:
CO₂ levels
Indoor air quality
Ventilation effectiveness
Particulate matter levels
When predefined thresholds are exceeded, alerts can be generated automatically, helping facility managers maintain a healthy workplace environment.
Water Consumption Monitoring
Water is one of the most overlooked operational expenses in commercial buildings.
Smart water meters connected to INOWISE.IO provide:
Real-time consumption data
Leak detection
Usage trend analysis
